These Terms govern your use of TickMyWork (the “Services”) provided by Ram Dhari Fintech Private Limited, 1st Floor, Semushi Towers, Lucid Diagnostics Lane, Road No. 2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500034. By activating or using the Services you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are 18 years or older and authorised to act for your organisation.
We grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for its internal business purposes for the subscription/licence term, subject to your plan’s seat and usage limits.
Term & price. Your plan, term length (e.g. trial, monthly, or annual) and price are shown on your order/invoice at purchase. Trial licences are issued for a fixed period of thirty (30) days.
Renewal. Licences are issued for a fixed term and do not auto-renew; we will contact you before expiry to arrange renewal.
How to cancel / not renew. Email us at least 7 days before your renewal date, or manage it from Account → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid term.
Refunds. Trial licences are provided free of charge. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription is activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law. confirm refund policy
Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Applicable GST is added and shown on a tax invoice bearing our GSTIN GSTIN to be inserted.
You will not misuse the Services, attempt to breach security, or use them unlawfully. The Services include security and monitoring features that you are responsible for deploying lawfully and with appropriate notice to your own users/employees, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are the data controller / data fiduciary for data you process using the Services. All personal data is processed and stored within India.
The Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate for material breach or non-payment. You may stop using the Services at any time; fees already due remain payable. On termination, your data is made available for a short retrieval window and is thereafter deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Hyderabad having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your location.
